David R. Sidran

Dave graduated from the University of California at Santa Cruz in 1982 with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy; He then graduated from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento in 1985 earning a Juris Doctor with distinction and as well as membership in the Order of the Coif and Traynor Honor Society together with American Jurisprudence Awards in Contracts and Torts. While in law school he served on the law review and worked as a law clerk at the United States Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of California, helping defend the federal government against gender discrimination suits by employees at California military bases. He was admitted to practice law in the State of California in 1985, and was later admitted to practice law in Colorado and Nevada in 2000. Over the past 34 years he has handled cases in State and Federal court through all phases of trial and the appeals process. He has tried cases throughout California and Nevada representing auto dealers, contractors, developers, insurers, manufacturers and retailers in a wide range of cases, including personal injury, products liability, property damage, premises liability, construction site injuries, construction defects and delays consumer protection, civil rights, real estate and employment discrimination. He has handled over 100 civil trials and binding arbitrations with an extraordinary record of success. He is AV Rated by Martindale-Hubbel and has been recognized as a California Super Lawyer. Thomas Crowell

Tom graduated from the University of San Francisco with a Bachelor of Arts in 1983. After he spent a decade working in the banking industry, he went to law school and graduated from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law with a Juris Doctor in 1994. He was admitted to practice law in the State of California that same year. Tom has a great deal of experience in insurance defense litigation having spent many years as a staff attorney for Liberty Mutual Insurance Company before joining the Sidran legal team. Tom is adept in handling products liability, premises liability, auto liability and bodily injury claims, and has particular expertise in defending employers in discrimination and harassment litigation as well as defending consumer protection litigation. Hayden Alfano

Hayden graduated from American University in Washington D.C. in 2002. He worked as a journalist before attending University of Southern California, Gould School of Law from which he graduated in 2011. He was admitted to practice law in the States of California and Nevada that same year. While in law school, Hayden served as a judicial extern to the Hon. James C. Mahan, U. S. District Court, District of Nevada. Hayden joined the Sidran legal team immediately after law school and has become an invaluable asset. His breadth of expertise includes the defense of personal injury claims, consumer litigation, class actions and a wide variety of real estate, regulatory and statutory claims.
